Long Term Contract PositionsExcellent remunerationVacancies in other major cities - Ask me where!ACM Healthcare is working with a government organization and is interested in speaking with Psychologists & Social workers who have an interest in providing clinical support and service quality assurance to ex-military personnel and their families.Provision of high-quality clinical services including assessment and referral, evidence-based individual, couple and family counseling, and case management to clients in order to achieve outcomes identified in care planning processes.Maintaining clinical records according to, collating and analyzing data from client records, and preparing reports as required to assist in evaluating and improving service delivery.Facilitating the delivery of counseling and other programs to veterans, ADF personnel, and their families in rural and outer metropolitan areas by; applying quality assurance principles and procedures to ensure the clinical practice, reporting, and invoicing activities of outreach counselors meet contractual requirements ensuring contracted counselors and other providers are accessing relevant services, resources and support for Open Arms clients.Liaising and forming partnerships with DVA, the ADF, other government departments, ex-service organizations, community health and welfare agencies, and all other organizations involved in meeting the identified needs of veteran and defense force communities and families.Participation in and contribution to ongoing learning and development activities and maintenance of professional status.Participation in community development and service promotion activities as required.Mandatory attributes:Qualifications must be that of an accredited health professional or social worker.Social workers must be registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and Mental Health accreditation. Preference is for mental health professionals including Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists, Mental Health Social WorkersQualified health professionals must have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA).Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance must be obtained prior to commencement.Desirable attributes:Community or Defence mental health team experienceExpertise in treating substance abuse, mood, and anxiety disorders, PTSDContact Jess on 0404 576 374 to discuss this role further or inquire about our other positions available.
